Kim Kardashian struggled to contain her incredibly ample assets as she hoists her sexy white gown up following romantic meal in Rome with husband Kanye West on Sunday evening.

The couple had decided to enjoy a typical date night - taking in the theatre before grabbing a cosy meal for two.

Although the A-List couple - who tied the knot in 2014 - had a more glamorous night than most couples, heading to Rome for a star-studded opera premiere before enjoying a luxurious meal.

The E! reality star, 35, and her 38-year-old chart-topping husband had arrived in Rome following a trip to the 69th Cannes Film Festival in France - attending the premiere of Sofia Coppola's opear debut.

And it seemed the director's spin on Giuseppe Verdi's classic opera had left the couple feeling more than a little loved-up.

Following the performance of the classical production at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Kanye and Kim could hardly take their eyes off of each other.

Chatting with other guests before they headed off for their supper, Kim couldn't help but stare adoringly at her husband of two years.

And it seems Kanye was charm personified, as he smiled and sweetly returned his wife's affectionate gaze.

After saying their goodbyes to fellow guest at the opera, the Stronger rapper and reality star headed out to eat at Al Ceppo.

Obviously embracing the 'When in Rome' philosophy, the husband and wife chose to dine at one of the city's most famous restaurants, which specializes in gourmet Italian cuisine.

Dressed in their best black tie finery, the loved-up couple chose not to change for their meal - heading straight for the restaurant from the opera.

And Kim' white Vivienne Westwood dress was equally as arresting off of the red carpet as it was on it, with the busty beauty showing a scintilatling amount of skin.

Kanye meanwhile looked as dapper as ever in his all black twist on the tuxedo, bar his camel suede boots.

The rapper was ever the gent when it came to treating his wife, and he protectively strolled by her side as they arrived at the restaurant before holding the door open for her.
