Fani Kayode Remanded in EFCC Custody by Judge's Absence
Fani-Kayode had been in EFCC custody since he honored an invitation from the agency a month ago.
He was supposed to be arraigned at a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi Lagos on Tuesday along with former Minister of Finance, Nnadi Usman on a 17-county charge for alleged money laundering.
However, the judge failed to show up because he had another official engagement, Daily Post says.
This means Fani-Kayode will remain in EFCC custody pending the appointment of a new date for his arraignment.
