Rihanna signs $10m Makeup deal


Kendo is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury group. The Kendo house of brands presently includes: Marc Jacobs Beauty, Formula X, Kat Von D, Elizabeth and James Fragrances, Ole Henriksen and Bite.




This new deal will see the singer launch her own ‘Rihanna makeup range, called Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, in the fall of 2017’.

David Suliteanu, CEO of Kendo sounded certain that the 28 year-old is an undisputed outline topper so it's a round of wins for Kendo, for Rihanna, and for her makeup collection.

"Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience. We are aiming for the stars,” he said, after the deal was secured.

Talking on the "Work" singer's past records of progress, Suliteanu says:

"This isn’t RiRi’s first stint in cosmetics. In 2013, she teams with MAC cosmetics on a limited-edition four-part RiRi Hearts MAC color cosmetics collection. In 2014, Viva Glam endorsed her as rep for its lipstick to raise funds for AIDS research.


Kendo has given Rihanna the chance to assume a key part in the further advancement of her brand.

This new offer, not overlooking the money, gives Rihanna a flawless stage to be powerful later on advancement for goodness' sake Rihanna."
