Just about seven years after EFCC gave over the N2.8billion Chelsea Hotel worked by previous legislative leader of Bayelsa state, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha to the state government, the up to this point income creating lodging is decaying without end in Abuja. Alamieyeseigha was legislative leader of the oil rich state structure 1999-2005.
